Pumpkins Preschool July Newsletter

Welcome to our last blog post this academic year – Pumpkins Preschool Newsletter for July 2015.

We’ve had an incredibly emotional month with both tears and laughter as we reached the end of an amazing era and had a fantastic send off for our Little Pumpkins as many of them move forward to Big School in September.

Pumpkins Preschool Graduation 2015 for Wraysbury and Horton was totally amazing!

Thank you so much to all of you that turned out to see our Graduation Day at both settings on 15th and 16th July when the children dressed up and each received a scroll and a hug or two!

It has been a real pleasure and we will all miss the children that have now moved on to Primary and looking forward to hearing about their progress and bumping into them from time to time.

Princess Elsa visited Pumpkins Wraysbury for some fun games with pass the parcel, dancing and the children each received a sweetie cone as a gift. Video footage is on our Facebook page for everyone to see.

At Pumpkins Horton the children had a picnic outside using up the party food our mums brought in for the children’s party – the weather held up which was a real bonus and a good time was had by all.

Unknowlingly using what is called fine motor skills the children at Wraysbury built tall towers this month – we had to stop them they were so involved and we are sure would have carried on until night time!

The children asked to do finger painting with glitter at Wraysbury and their fine creations have been on our boards for everyone to admire.

A very big thank you from the Pumpkins team at Wraysbury for our lovely gifts from Aamanee and her family – we were truly spoilt.

We have received such lovely messages and they means so much to us all – a very big thank you.

I’m not ashamed (Kellie) to say this but all these lovely messages, posts, cards, presents and kind words, has brought tears to my eyes. Thank you all so much, it means so much to us all at Pumpkins.

A wonderful message from one of our mums thank you Grace and also a big thank you to our mums who have brought the ladies some beautiful cards and gifts.

And here are two of our Super Heros  all ready for our end of term party at Horton.

We will put notices on Facebook during August for opening times and any other information.  Please be reminded that fees are now increasing to £4.50 per hour from September. Any queries please get in touch with Kellie Fairhall.

Have a great summer Everyone and a sincere thank you from the Pumpkins teams!
